These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of South Star Hauling Services' website and services. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

South Star Hauling Services provides heavy equipment rental, backhoe services, and hauling services in Metro Manila and surrounding areas. Our services include:

• Heavy equipment rental with or without operators
• Hauling of excess soil, waste materials, and construction materials
• Backhoe rental services
• Material transfer and disposal services

2. Service Agreement

When you engage our services:

• Service details, rates, and duration will be agreed upon before commencement
• You must provide accurate project information and site conditions
• Payment terms will be specified in the service agreement
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance

3. Equipment Use and Care

When renting our equipment:

• Equipment must be used only for its intended purpose
• You are responsible for any damage due to misuse or negligence
• Only qualified operators should handle the equipment
• Equipment must be returned in the same condition as received (normal wear excepted)

4. Pricing and Payment

• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified
• Payment terms will be agreed upon before service commencement
• Late payments may incur additional charges

5. Liability and Insurance

While we maintain insurance for our equipment and operations:

• Clients are responsible for securing appropriate permits and clearances
• We are not liable for project delays due to weather or force majeure
• Clients should maintain adequate insurance for their projects
• Our liability is limited to the value of services rendered

6. Safety Requirements

• All safety protocols must be followed on job sites
• Proper safety equipment must be worn when required
• Site must be safe and accessible for our equipment and operators
• Any unsafe conditions must be reported immediately

7. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance: No charge
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours: 50% of quoted rate
• No-show or same-day cancellation: 100% of quoted rate
• We reserve the right to cancel due to safety or weather conditions

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of South Star Hauling Services and is protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved through good faith negotiations. If necessary, disputes will be subject to the laws of the Philippines and the jurisdiction of courts in Metro Manila.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
